Bio

Catherine Danziger has been creating jewelry since her days in college in the 70s. Combining her love of nature and color, she blends hand selected semi-precious stones, natural elements such as coral, shells, freshwater cultured pearls along with the finest artisan Lampwork beads, and handmade Bali & Thai sterling silver beads.

After graduating from college with a degree in art, Catherine continued her education in silversmithing and jewelry design at Parsons School of Design in New York City. However, a 25 year career in computer systems on Wall Street followed.

When retiring from NYC and moving to Florida Catherine chose to work full time with silver again - but this time being influenced by the tropical colors, she added the element of beads. Sterling silver wire work bangle bracelets, fusing fine silver and working with Precious Metal Clay are among her latest explorations.

Catherine has been exhibiting in juried art festivals where her jewelry has won awards. Her work is now shown in galleries in a number of southern states
